Introduction
The Recreation Ground has been in the care of the Parish Council since 1922. It accommodates a well-equipped children's play area which was opened in October 2009 and a football pitch which is used by local teams at the weekends.
There has been a small pavilion on the site for many years, but it had become very dilapidated and efforts to replace it had been unsuccessful. Following an inspection in December 2011 it became clear that repair was not feasible and a new building was required.

Facilities
Our new Pavilion opened in January 2015 and offers high quality accommodation for sports and community activities.

Sports Changing Rooms: There are high quality changing rooms and showers  for team sports, meeting Sport England guidelines. There are separate facilities for home and away teams and for officials.
