Having a regular exercise routine such as yoga can help in a variety of ways, ranging from fall prevention to avoiding anxiety or depression and relieving pain and fatigue. You build strength, balance, flexibility whilst calming your body and mind, essentially learning how to relax. Yoga can benefit anyone, regardless of age, inflexibility or even disability. All students are encouraged to take the class at their own pace, there is no competition in yoga.
